• A full clean, descale, and sanitisation

• Thorough removal of harmful bacteria, mould, and unsightly limescale build-up.

• Replacement of the water filter, if required.

• Ensures the machine produces safe, clean ice for your customers

Bronze Plan

Perfect for businesses with a lower volume or those that just need to meet the minimum health and safety requirements. This plan focuses on core hygiene and cleanliness.

What’s covered on the Bronze Plan:

Call outs per year = 0 (Engineer out within 3-5 working days)

Services per year = 2

Labour discount = 10%

Parts discount: None

Silver Plan

Our most popular option. This plan combines our deep cleaning service with two call outs per year, plus discounts off parts.

Call outs per year = 2 (Engineer out within 3-5 working days)

Services per year = 2

Labour discount = 15%

Parts discount:

• Hoshizaki & Scotsman = 3 %

• Foster & Manitowoc = 5 %

Gold Plan

For businesses that can’t afford any downtime. This plan offers maximum peace of mind with the highest level of coverage and priority service.

What’s covered on the Gold Plan:

Priority call outs per year = 2 (Engineer out within 24 hours)

Services per year = 2

Labour discount = 20%

Parts discount:

• Hoshizaki & Scotsman = 5 %

• Foster – 10 %

• Manitowoc & Ice-O-Matic = 15 %

• ICS & Follett = 20%
